Vice President of Sales

The primary responsibility of the VP of Sales is to oversee residential sales strategy and
performance as a whole including sales-training and marketing. The VP of Sales is responsible for
growing the production of high-quality sales across ATD and the other companies at Archline. This
includes managing and coaching each area’s Sales Manager and overseeing the company’s sales-training
and marketing. The VP of Sales will oversee and work with each Sales Manager to manage the quantity
and type of prospecting/marketing activities that the sales reps complete on a daily and weekly basis.
The VP of Sales will monitor results closely to coach and assist the area managers in making adjustments
to improve results. Consistent with Archline and ATD-Culture, the VP of Sales must lead by example and
be committed to performing the same tasks as the team including looking at roofs and door-knocking.

Activity Required

● Lead from the front-lines and be the head of Archline and ATD Sales
● Motivate and coach-up Sales Managers and occasionally interface with entry-level sales-
professionals directly
● Lead by example, showing reps and their managers how to be successful
● Prospect with the teams doing the same activity as the sales reps
● Assist in training reps in the office and in the field
● Oversee each Area-Sales Manager’s portfolio of Sales and Leads
● Monitor activity reports
● Monitor prospect reports
● Monitor sales reports
● Oversee training on contingencies and contracts as well as other sales competencies including
technical knowledge and company policies

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the hiring efforts
across our roofing services platform. In this role, you will be in charge of seeking out the most
talented sales and supporting personnel in the roofing services industry and you will serve as a
major social connector that projects the excitement and culture of Archline’s Service Partners.
This exceptional candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating various job postings
in multiple locations simultaneously, as well as coordinating and attending relevant job fairs in
various locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will pre-screen and initially interview each
prospective candidate in order to efficiently identify potential fits for our growing organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume recruiting organization, be a self-
starter, possess a strong ability to effectively assess candidates and maintain an overall
collaborative team first mentality. To be successful in this position, you should have strong
organizational abilities, exceptional communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to help
build our recruiting organization from the ground up.

Activity Required

● Creatively source and connect with hundreds of candidates per week through LinkedIn,
Facebook, social media, job boards, industry blogs, personal networking, etc.
● Provide initial candidate assessments, conduct phone and in-person screening interviews,
recommend attractive prospects to territory hiring managers
● Create and maintain attention-grabbing job listings that are exciting and professional in order to
attract the right candidates
● Build and maintain robust talent pipelines
● Meet goals on sourcing metrics for contacting prospects
          o Send out 100-200 recruitment and follow up emails per week
          o Make 50-100 recruitment phone calls per week
          o Generate 10-20 referrals per week
● Have live ads for sales reps and sales managers always posted on all major job boards in each
applicable Archline region
● Set up face to face interviews for sales managers in other locations
● Review DISC assessments as they are received
● Coordinate with HR and assist with limited on-boarding duties including the sending of offer
letters and paperwork

Reporting Required

● Lead from the front-lines and be the head of Archline and ATD Sales

● Stay in control of recruiting spend working closely with President to achieve goals and keep add-
fees at or under budget

Position Requirements

● Prior direct experience in recruiting role(s)
● Exceptional relationship-building skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Team player that can also work independently
● Strong sense of urgency

This role will report directly to the President

Base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $70,000. Opportunity to earn up to 10% in annual bonus
based on achieving clear goals and priorities set by the President. Actual salary pay will be a result of
