ATD Roofing has been great to work with. They have been very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve had multiple roofing companies come by and they are the only one who actually got on my roof (sounds crazy when that’s the reason your calling a company) They have been very helpful with the insurance process as well as explaining all the details of the damage. After a terrible hailstorm in Greenville South Carolina, we decided to go with a ATD roofing for our repairs. We had Jaron, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I were happy With his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. We recommend this company, and we would definitely use them again.
I found ATD Roofing online and decided to go with them after reading their reviews. I must say I was not disappointed. Garrett was more than accommodating and stayed the course even after my insurance company dropped the ball several times and delayed the claim. Needless to say, Garrett was awesome! He worked diligently with the insurance company and got me a new roof. He is super nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend ATD Roofing, and Garrett single handedly ensured everything got taken care of.
What a great experience working with ATD Roofing!! Daniel our sales rep did a wonderful job!! He explained the process, worked with our insurance, came to the job site to make sure all was good. He even helped the crew clean up. He went above and beyond. I knew this was the right company to work with. Once the job was slated to begin, Dan, the project manager kept us updated on how long it would take, made sure the crew was on time and made sure the job was done right. His crew did a great job. The clean up of our property was spot on. This company has different divisions which meant we only had to deal with one company. We have a new roof, gutters and down spouts. Great job ATD Roofing!!
After calling a couple other roofing companies that stated they would not do small roof repairs, I posted a "cry for help" message on Nextdoor. Andrew from ATD Restoration responded immediately and requested that I call him the next day. When I called, he stated that he could send someone out the following day. The next day, Grant came to my house. Grant, was exceptional. He got on my roof and took pictures of the repairs needed. Unlike the roofing company that quoted me a roof tune up price without actually getting on the roof. ATD quoted a more reasonable price to do the job than the company that did not get on the roof and examine my needs. The job was scheduled withhin a week and I am very happy with the results. The crew that repaired the roof did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Very impressed with the customer service of ATD.. Grant even went the extra mile and snapped a falling piece of my siding back in place. I highly reccomend this company if you need a new roof or repairs to your house.
Anybody who needs help with roof damage this company is great, they are really good company and are there when you need them! Jaron was a great help and I would recommend him! He answered all my questions and the customer service was excellent! 10/10
We had our roof replaced by Christopher Cabrera ATD Roofing. While working on our roof he spotted a potential fire hazard in our dryer vent. His act of kindness saved my family’s life from a possible tragedy in the future. He explained how vents can get clogged and what can happen if not inspected. Chris is a very trusting person who’s compassionate in his job. I wish more people were like him.
James Hands down best roofer I’ve used. He was with me from start to finish. First time dealing with any type of full roof replacement. You read horror stories on socials, so I was nervous to say the least. I have a decent size roof and James took extra time with me to explain and answer all of my questions. After they started he stuck with me and made sure everything was going according to plan. Easiest decision I’ve ever made.
James was incredible! We had a few leaks at our warehouse and his communication was phenomenal, he was quick to come out and take a look, and even gave me preventative steps we could to take to ensure that we didn’t have any issues in the near future. I would highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience with ATD Roofing. Had a door-to-door salesman come to my home a few weeks ago and immediately start pointing out things that were wrong with my roof (I'll leave the company name out of this). Obviously this was a red flag, so I asked around at work and a friend recommended ATD. Jaron came out as scheduled for a free consultation and after getting up on my roof assured me that there was nothing to be concerned about and that my roof actually had 7-10 years left. While I didn't need to get my roof replaced right now, the honesty and transparency that Jaran conducted himself with will guarantee that I call them when it is time for a new roof.

Very professional company to deal with! We used them when had hail damage to our roof. Jaron was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. No high pressure sales pitch just very knowledgeable and helpful! He assisted us when our insurance company was taking an extended period of time to process our claim. We had a difficult time getting our insurance provider to agree to the extent of our damages. During the year long process, John never gave up, and Jaron continued to work with me until our issues were resolved. The actual roof replacement process was amazing! Managed properly, executed really well, and done quickly. I highly recommend ATD.
