James Tubbs

Sales Manager - Eastern NC

James serves as the General Manager of the Fayetteville, NC branch. He comes to us after serving 25 years active duty with the United States Army as an expert in organizational leadership. James enjoys volunteering with his local church in ministry and a game of golf periodically.

Kaitie Ford

Training Manager & Sales Support

Kaitie supports the Sales Team and helps with training, employee development, and estimation. She has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and general construction. Kaitie loves being with her husband and their son, Kolton. They enjoy going on adventures to either the lake or the woods in their spare time.

Mike Shaw

President

Mike Shaw is the President of ATD Roofing. He oversees the direction of the company broadly and is committed to leading a team of top-notch professionals to provide Affordable, Trustworthy, and Dependable Roofing and home exterior services. Mike Shaw was CPA for many years and has experience as a CFO in Technology and Construction companies. He is married and has 3 children. In his spare time he likes playing the piano and playing chess.

Andrew Brooks

Sales Manager - SC

Andrew helps oversee the Sales team, field training, the supplementing department, and strategic sales processes. He has a background in Property Insurance Adjusting with over 2,000 claims closed. When he's not working you can find him playing a round of disk golf or hanging out with his fiancé and cats: Monty and Finn.
