Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling pitches to homeowners to generate leads.
- Work at least 20-35 hours weekly to achieve lead generation targets.
- Utilize ATD-provided software to monitor and manage leads effectively.
- Provide detailed information on ATD products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance during all customer interactions
- Keep accurate records of interactions with homeowners for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Will be required to conduct cold calling on inculcate weather days.
Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma
- Prior work experience as a canvasser is a plus but not required.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate products and solutions to homeowners.
- Capacity to work nights, weekends, and after-hours
- Ability to travel within your market.
- Working outside is required.
- Long-term walking and standing ability.
