Our Team

Mike Shaw is the CEO of ATD Roofing. He oversees the direction of the company broadly and is committed to leading a team of top-notch professionals to provide Affordable, Trustworthy, and Dependable Roofing and home exterior services. Mike Shaw was CPA for many years and has experience as a CFO in Technology and Construction companies. He is married and has 3 children. In his spare time he likes playing the piano and playing chess.

Amity Seymour is ATD's office manager and more. Amity was a 15 year veteran with another services company and helped them successfully grow from start-up to over $40 million in sales. Amity handles all aspects of ATD's office operation as well as assists with finance and customer support. In her spare time, she likes traveling and raising her two children.

Josh oversees all of Operations at ATD Roofing. Once a job is contracted, Josh manages a team of project managers to get the project completed. Josh has a deep knowledge of construction in general and specifically roofing and water-shedding systems. He came to ATD with a background of 13 years in commercial and residential construction. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and children.

Kaitie supports the Sales Team and helps with training, employee development, and estimation. She has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and general construction. Kaitie loves being with her husband and their son, Kolton. They enjoy going on adventures to either the lake or the woods in their spare time.

James serves as the General Manager of the Fayetteville, NC branch. He comes to us after serving 25 years active duty with the United States Army as an expert in organizational leadership. James enjoys volunteering with his local church in ministry and a game of golf periodically.

Andrew helps oversee the Sales team, field training, the supplementing department, and strategic sales processes. He has a background in Property Insurance Adjusting with over 2,000 claims closed. When he's not working you can find him playing a round of disk golf or hanging out with his fiancé and cats: Monty and Finn.

Michael is a member of the Sales Team. He comes from a diverse background that includes working in Alaska as a salmon fisherman, cattle rancher, and construction. His motto is "preparation and teamwork is key to a job well done." On the weekends, you can often find him fishing with his friends on Lake Hartwell.

Jon is an inspector for ATD and has joined to help our Sales and Solar
Divisions. Prior to ATD, he worked for Tesla. Jon is married and has 2 dogs and 2 cats. In his spare time he enjoys playing rugby & soccer and doing things outdoors. He has also travelled extensively.

Clayton is a member of the Sales team. He has a construction management degree from Wayne State College. His passion for construction and easy going personality make him a favorite with customers.  He has two dogs and enjoys activities outdoors such as fishing, golf and hunting.  

Kyle is a member of the Sales Team. He comes from a retail home improvement background. He has over 6 years of experience in general construction before transition into exterior restoration. In his free time he loves spending time traveling with his family.

Garrett is a member of the Sales Team. He comes from a sales background and has experience managing clients to the highest standards. When he's not working he loves spending time outdoors and going on walks with his wife and their three dogs.

Jaron is a member of the Sales Team. He has a background in general construction, carpentry, and roofing. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing with over 8 years of experience. Woodworking is his passion and he enjoys working on his projects in his free time. He also enjoys traveling with his family.

David is the manager of the Commercial Department. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential roofing project management, estimating and sales with 20 plus years of experience. He has sold and managed many high profile jobs in public works and private sales. In his feel time he loves traveling with his wife and hanging out with his grandkids.

David is a member of the Sales Team. He has been with ATD for five years. He has a marketing degree and a background in exterior work on properties. In his free time he enjoys a diverse amount of activities like disk golf, hiking, kayaking, and watching movies with his wife.

Nadia is a member of the Operations Department. She has over 20 years in the construction industry including onsite project management, jobsite quality control, scheduling, and purchasing. She started off building high rises in Miami. She enjoys spontaneous weekend getaways to the beach.
